Si sono svolti i The Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 al BEXCO di Busan. Come negli anni precedenti, i premi sono stati determinati principalmente dalle prestazioni commerciali di canzoni e album in base alle classifiche Circle dal 1° dicembre 2022 al 30 novembre 2023.
Gli NCT DREAM ha vinto il Daesang (Grand Prize) per l’album digitale dell’anno, oltre ai premi per l’artista dell’anno (album) e la star mondiale del -Pop.
Quest’anno, i premi Artista dell’anno e Rookie dell’anno sono stati riorganizzati. I premi Artista dell’anno sono stati assegnati in quattro categorie: Album, Digitale, Ascoltatori unici (streaming) e Streaming globale, a cinque artisti ciascuno. Nel frattempo, i premi Rookie of the Year sono stati assegnati in tre diverse categorie.
