Si sono svolti i Melon Music Awards (MMA) 2023, una cerimonia di premiazione annuale tenuta dalla piattaforma musicale n. 1 della Corea, Melon.
Le NewJeans hanno portato a casa due Daesang (Grand Prizes), aggiudicandosi sia il titolo di Artista dell’Anno che quello di Miglior Canzone dell’Anno (per il loro grande successo “Ditto”). Il gruppo femminile ha vinto cinque premi in totale alla cerimonia di quest’anno: oltre ai loro due Daesang, hanno vinto anche Best Group (Female), Top 10 Artist e Millions Top 10.
Gli NCT DREAM hanno vinto un totale di quattro premi, tra cui un Daesang: Record of the Year. Il gruppo ha anche portato a casa il premio Best Group (Male), Top 10 Artist e Millions Top 10.
Le IVE, che hanno vinto il premio per la migliore canzone dell’anno ai Melon Music Awards dello scorso anno, quest’anno ha portato a casa un altro Daesang. Il gruppo ha vinto l’Album of the Year per il loro primo album da record “I’ve IVE”, aggiudicandosi tre premi in totale (tra cui Top 10 Artist e Millions Top 10).
